Help Me Grow

The Van Wert County Health Department contracts with Help Me Grow of Van Wert County to provide Prenatal and Newborn Home Visits. This service is provided free of charge to all pregnant women as well as mothers of newborn children.

During these home visits, a Registered Nurse will be able to answer questions about pregnancy, delivery, newborn care and nutrition for both mother and infant. Many community resources are discussed and offered during these visits.
